Grantsville was the scene of a very) pretty wedding on Wednesday of last week when Miss Minnie Bonig be- came the bride of Mr. Frank Peter- son, of Grand Rapids, Mich. The house was beautifully decorated with roses, rhododendron and fern. In a corner was arranged an arch of fern and white roses beneath which the solemn ceremony took place making them man and wife. At the stroke of three Rev. Oney and Rev. Young, the present and the former pastors respectively, of the bride, led the bridal procession as it came into the room. Then came Miss Bonig with her brother, Mayor Bonig who gave her away. The bride looked charming in a suit of midnight blue and in a becoming picture hat of the same shade. At the conclusion of the ceremony the bride and groom re- ceived the congratulations of all present, after which a buffet lunch- eon was served by the bride’s sister, Mrs. John Zehner. Mr. and Mrs. Pe- terson, accompanied by Mrs. C. H. Bill and Miss Winifred Bonig were taken later to Meversdale to B.& O. in Mr. Dieffenbaugh’s car where they boarded the train for their future home, Grand Rapids, Mich.
