fortnight visit with Pittsburg friends.
Mrs J. P. Kelley has gone to Bal

Mrs. John Sherman of Fairmon,
W. Va., is here for a week’s visit to
friends.
The Misses Georgia and Ruth Cole-
man of Uniontown, are guests at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Miller
Mrs. Mattie Kennedy of Cumber-
land, was a visitor at the home of E.
N. Erwin, the first of the week.
Mrs V. A. Anthony of Johnstown,
visited her son, Harry Lewis in this
place over Sunday.
Wm. Rowe Price, named for Dr.
William T. Rowe, is a late arrival in
Undertaker Price’s home on Main

Mrs. A. F. Darrah and Mrs. Alice
Baer have gone to Akron, Ohio, where
they expect to remain for a few weeks
visit‘ng relatives and friends.
The new hotel at Addison, erected
at a cost of $30,000 by James Rush,
will be formally opened on Wednes-
day, June 30.
Miss Mary Weakland, wh) is em-
ployed ‘n *ew York Ci ’ is spending
a few days here visiting her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Weakiand of
Meyers avenue.
Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Hartley are down
in the peach region of West Virginia.
That his orchard may have a fair
chance to do its best, Mr. Hartley is
picking off the surplus fruit.
Mrs. H. E. Hibner and children, ac-
companied by her sister, Miss Ger-
trude Tressler, will spend a few
weeks in Akron, Cleveland and De-
troit, Mich.
Miss Florence Gertrude Hasselroth
and Joseph Walter Thomas, a well
known young couple of Meyersdale,
were married at Cumberland last
