Pennsylvania, bounded and cescribed as fol-
lows: :
1. Lot No. 319 located on th~ north side of
High street, fronting on said sircet 66 feet and
extending 120 feet to Summit street, being one
of several lois of ground conyeyed to J.M Hay
-and wife by Joseph Keim and wife, et. al., by
their deed dated June 20. A. D. 1874, and re-
corded in Deed Book, Vol. 50, Page 512, and by
the said J M. Hay and wife conveyed to John
Largent, Jr., by deed dated March 17, 1894 and
recorded at Somerset, Pa., in Deed Record,
Vol. 83, Page 275. -<
2 Numbered on the general plan of said
borough in the Olinger Survey as No. 320, 4
bounded on the north by Summit street. on the
east by lot No, 319 on the south by High street,
on the north by Elizabeth street, on which saic
lot there is erected a frame dwelling house,
and is the same lot of ground that Hic Sacnft
of Somerset County conveyed to Samuel Phil
son and James S. Black. uolng busiiess as
Philson, Black & .ompany, by deed dated
August 25, 1879, and James 3 Black a d wife
conveyed the undivided one-half Interest in
said lot to Samuel Philson by deed dated March
29, 1887, recorded at Somerset, Pa, in Record
Book, Vol 72, Page 194, and by Samuel Philson
and Anna Maria, his wife, to John Largent by
their deed dated 27th September, 1893, in Deea
Book, Vol. 83. Page 281.
