By virtue of direction in the last Will of James
McKune deceased, late of Falls township, Wyom'ng
Co , there will be sold at public sale, at the Court
House in the borough of Tuukhannock, Wyoming Co.,
l'enna.,on Tuesdiy the Itith day of March 1863. at
ne o'clock I*. M . the following described valuable
improved farm, situate in Falls township, Wyoming
Co., Penna bounded on the North by lands ofßpen
eer Fitch ; South by Adam Kresky and Clark ;
East by Fuller Sickler, and William Owens, and
\\ est by Stephen Post, containing about 309 acres
ot 1-ml, about 80 acres improved, with ono frame
dwelling house, two frame barns, ono milk house,
and two good apple orchards thereon, good living
water ou all parts of the farm.
The land can he divided into two farms with ad
vantage, and will be sold together or in two farms,
to suit purchasers. This farm is situated one mile
from the North Branch Caual and Susquehanna riv
er.
