, urgent cases at any hour of the night.

by give public notice, that I have officially recogniz
ed the Mansfield Classical Seminary, a- a State Nor
mal School, for the fifth Normal School District, eonjj
posed of the counties ef Bradford, Susquehanna, Wy
oming, Sullivan, Lycoming and Tioga, and that -aid
school shall henceforth enjoy all the privileges and
immunities, and be subject to all the liabilities and
