Tho Mitchell, of Eaton Township in Wyoming Co.

r-carance elicited the praise and admiration of all
who saw them, all being young, stalwart men whose
average height was six feet; it was the favorite com
pany of Wisconsin.
1 hey went forth to defend their government against
a wicked rebellion, and in tho bloody battle at I'cr
rjfille he fell, whilst bravely fighting against the
eneixncS of free government.
His funeral sermon will be preached at the brick
church in Eaton, oa Sunday, Dec 7th, at i 1 o'clocK

in Hie kwnhip of Nicholson, Wyoming County, a
Bed Calf, with white belly, white lnnd feet, and white
at end of tail. The owner is required to prove his
property, pay damages and charges, otherwise said
Stray will be sold agreeable to law in such eases wade
