Princess Alice, wife of I'rlnco Frederic
of Sehoenberg-Waldonburg, disappeared
two weeks ago and that her coachman
disappeared at the same time. The
people of Dresden believe that
the princess and tho coachman have
eloped. Inquiries at tho residence of
tho princess elicit the answer that she
is travelling and that her present
whereabouts Is unknown. The princess
is the youngest daughter of Don Carlos

sen succeeded in escaping during this
unexpected attack, but Is supposed to
have been killed the following day.
The fighting took place In a country
covered with swamps and rocks. Tho
