venience of our homes and for the protection of
our drinking water from the germs of disease.
There is an absolute demand on the part
of our citizens for this protection ami
convenience. If the Council needs any
evidence of this demand outside of the clam
oring of the citizens, let them observe how
many citizens have already provided themselves

of private citizens are thinking of doing the

Give us pure mountain water and a sewer to

because the drainage of the manure yards, sta
ble? and cess pools on the hill are wafted into
our wells and unconsciously we swallow the
germ ol disease and entire families are thrown
