Law to Fix Teacher's Pay.
Representative C. A. Snyder of
Schuylkill announced Sunday night
that he will on Tuesday Introduce a
bill in the State Legislature fixing $ 10 a
month as the minimum salary to be
paid to the public school teachers.
Any district violating the law will
not be allowed to slum in State appro
priation, according to this bill. Mr.
Snyder says he has been assurred of
sufficient support to secure the passage
of the bill.

istration. Mrs. Swart, is 7S years of
age and is now lying dangerously ill
