Snyder County. Every man will
wear his own uniform of navy blue
with scarlet trimming. It will be
the finest company in appearance
that will be in theState. There are
at present '2 names on roll. If there
are any young men irom 18 to 45
through the county who wish to join
this grand company, please forward
your name and address to Capt.Wolf.
His company will organize Oct. 2",
at Selinsgrove. There will lc sev
eral patriotic speakers present and
the Selinsgrove band. Old Snyder
always stood loyal to its country and
nsiiig generation of the L9th century,
and arc just as patriotic ami loyal
as our forefathers, where a part of
Sergt, Wolf's company took part in
he parade in Selinsgrove Sept. 12.
The issue of several jiajvers called
them rough walker-. It is true that
walking was rough, on the cobble
stones that were placed on thestrccts,
I i it lir all that hw company took
the first prize, his company attract
ed the people, ami received all the
cheers of the great multitude that
were packed on the pavement. The
Sergeant is congratulated by every
body for his courage and loyality to
wards his country ami native county
for trying his level best to have a
company in this county. The citi
zens of Snyder o unity are res
pectfully invited to lend a helping
hand, on the 25th ol Oct. 1899.
