Last Wednesday Sheriff Specht received from Philadelphia a valua ble horse that was considered a fleet roadster. The following night an other horse of the sheriff kicked oue of the hind legs T the Philadel phia steed. On Thursday morning Sheriff Specht found it necessary to kill tbe horse.
