to regulato fences in the County of
Snyder.
Section 1. I'.o it enacted by. the
Seuato and House of Representa
tives of the Commonwealth of Penn
sylvania in general assembly met,
and it is hereby enacted by tho au

after the passage of this act thero
shall be no recovery for damages
dono by any horse, mule, cattle,
sheep or swino trespassing upon
