Court had decided in favor of Peter
Herdlo in his suit against John G.
Reading. The case had recently
been opened by a deoislon reudered

ant earrled it to the higher court. It
relates to rafting at the boom, and at
least a quarter or a million dollars Is
involved. Franklin G. Bowen, late
President of the Railroad Company
was the attorney of Mr. Herdlo. The
sum, If colleoted, will be a handsome

gregation at Lewlsburg that they de
