The supervisors of Washing ton township, Franklin county, at two meetings held in Waynes boro, liave paid out a rebate of about $2ao for broad tire wagons. This is not as large a sum as customary but is explained by the statement that a number of the farmers entitled to the rebate did not make application for it at this time. Tho fact that tho re bato was heretofore paid in Feb ruary kept some of the taxpayers from making application during the past few weeks.
