Charlotte Russe One-fourth cupful of vlch cream, oim-elghth teaspoonful of granulated gekitin, one-half tea spoonful of boiling water, one and a fourth teaspoonfuls of powdered sugar, one-fourth teaspoonful vanilla, salt and lady fingers. Add sugar to cream and beat until stiff, taking care not to let the cream separate. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, Btraln through cheesecloth, and ndd gradually to tho beaten cream; then put in salt and vanilla and stir until well mixed.
