Since putting the first page

in, the attorneys - Bowers
for the defense and Walters
for the Commonwealth, have
made their arguments to the
jury, and this (Thursday)
morning Judge Swope will
deliver his charge and the
jury will retire for a verdict.

Lost, between 9:80 p. m., yes
terday and noon to-day, a bilious
attack, with nausea and sick head
ache. This loss was occasioned
