Last Wednesday morning two
young men went to the mountain
lor a fox chase. Being unsuccess
ful! in their sport, they resolved
to return home. On their way
they stopicd at a neighbor's
house oad had a race with a good
sized cider barrel, After the race
was won and the cider and boys
both had good satisfaction, with
shouldered guns continued their
uick step march homeward. Af
ter going about a mile one of them
found it was necessary for a halt,
and in order that he might rest
well, propped himself against an
oak tre-i. Late- m the afternoon
he was found to be fast asleep
and frozen still enough to stand
without his prop.
