ANXIOUS MOMENTS.
Some of the most anxious hours
of a mother's life are those when
the httlo ones of the household
have the croup. There is no oth
er medicine so effective in this
terrible malady as Foley's Honey
and Tar. It is a household favor
ite for throat and lung troubles,
and as it contains no opiates or
other poisons, it can be safely
given, ooiuai i rout a urug store

What The Moon Cin Tell.
A clear moon indicates frost.
A dull looking moon means
rain.
A single halo around the moon
indicates a storm.
If the moon looks high, cold
weather may be expected.
If the moon looks low down,
warm weather is promised.
The new moon on her back al
ways denotes wet weather.
A double halo around the moon
means very boisterous weatner.
If the moon changes with the
wind in the east, then shall we
have bad weather.
If the moon bo bright and clear
when three days old, nne weath
er is promised.
When the moon is visible in the
daytime, then may we look for
ward to cool days.
When the points of the cresent
of the new moon are very clearly
visible, frost may be looked for
If the new moon appear with
its points upward, then will the
mouth bd dry, but should the
points be downward more or less
rain must be expected during
the next three weeks. Amen
can Qneon.
A 00OD NAME.
From personal experience
testify that Do Witt's Little Early
Risers are unequalled as a liver
pill. They are rightly named be
eauae they give strength and en
ergy and do their work with ease,
W. T. Easton Boerne, Tex.
Thousands of people are using
those Uaj little pills in preference
to all others, because they are so
pleasant and effectual. They q,u re
biliousness, torpid liver, etc.
They do not purge and weaken
but cleanse and strengthen. Sold

PHYSICIANS PRESCRIBE IT. .
Many broad minded physicians
prescribe Foley's Honey and Tar
as they never have found so safe
and reliable a remedy for throat
and lung troubles as this great
medicine. Sold at Trout's drug

THE ART
of putting the materials to
gether is what makes the
hat become you. The ma

most expensive and still
the hat be very fetching.
We have learned the
art. That is the reason
one woman will say to
another after admiring her
friend's new hat and hav
ing been told the price;
"It looks so stylish 1
thought it cost heaps more

We can make you one at the
