pound turkey last Saturday. Dr.
McClaiu thinks he will get over

Mrs. Kate Cook of Cook's Sta
tion spent several days last week

Four hunters from near Dun
cansville, Blair county, camped
uear Hoover's mill the first of last
week. They didn't get any tur
keys, but got forty squirrels and
a large owl.
Last Wednesday, a party of
Indies and gentlemen, who are
spending a few weeks at the
Stone House, took a ramble over
King's Knob and were delighted
with the beautifui scenery, and
spring of water.
A party of seven persons who
were camping at the Mary Lyon
farm last week, engaged in hunt
ing, returned to their home in
Altoona Friday.
Anna Hockensmith who had
been spending several weeks with
her parents near Laidig has re
turned to Williamsport.
Allison Shaw now sings "A
charge to keep I have." It is a
boy.
