Friday, May 12, 1905,
the following described real estate, to wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot ot
land, situated and being in the Township
ol ('olley, County of Sullivan and State ol
Pennsylvania, and being a portion of the
David Zeigler warrant and bounded and
described as follows, viz:
beginning 011 the east side ot the Lee
Settlement road and running along said
rnad fifty feet to the corner ol Lot No. It>:
t hence alpng line of said lot two hundred
ieet; thence North fifty feet to the corner
of Lot No. 14; thence along the line 1 112
the said lot. to the place of beginning,
and being known as Lot No. 15. on the
