MURDER IN SECOND DEGREE
Peter Wonsoski Convicted and
Will Goto the Penitentiary.
The first three days of court this
week were occupied with the trial
of Peter Wonsoski of Bernice,
charged with the crime of murder.
The drawing of the jury took un

defence was exceedingly complica
ting, but the prosecution showed
malice on the part of Ritzekoski,
and the verdict of the jury is gen
erally considered a just one. The
prisoner liat> not yet received his
sentence.

headway when discovered but with
the prompt help of those who arriv
ed as soon as possible, most of the
furniture in the parlor was saved.
