The court hearing the contest case have dceided that the taxpayers of the 44th judicial district shall pay the costs of the proceedings. A deer was killed this fall by Robert Mar.n, on Panther ltun, Elk county, which is said to have been tho largest one shot in Central Penn sylvania for many years.
