A distressing accident occurred Tuesday afternoon when G Clande Coon, a son of the Hon Giles M Coon, a former member of the legis- lature from this county, was pinned beneath a failing log and sustained injuries from which he died a few hours later The young man was about 30 years old and was engaged in drawing logs.
