While bathing at Bradley beach Miss
Florénce Wadsworth of this place and
Miss Grace Hollingsworth of Brooklyn
were carted beyond thelr depth by a
strong undercurrent. Thelr cries were
beard by Arthur Hendricksen and Roy
Stempleton of Newark, who were bath-
ing near by and who went to thelr as-
sistance. They succeeded [un bringing
Miss Hollingsworth ashore, but Miss
Wadsworth was drowned. Her body
