Athens—Burt ¢ Bidlack, a father-

weak minded, has been living with
his uncle, Lester Bidlack, in Litch-
field, while his mother has been
employed as a domestic in the
family of T. D. Wolcott. It is
alleged that Philip Clark has been
trying to get the boy to live with
him, and that he made an attempt
to get some of his things away
from the Bidlack residence. Cone
sequently Clark was arrested and
had a hearing before Justice John
son. yesterday afternoon and he
was held to answer to court under
$200 bail.
