Perilous Ride on Engine Pilot
Sedalia, Mo.—After being struck by
an 4fpress train and carried 28 miles
on the pilot of an engine. Warren
Prine, of this city. told of a terrible
experience when picked up near Tip
ton. Tipton Is 27 miles east of Se
dalla. Prine. who is a ralircad man
was crossing the Missouri Pacific
tracks when he was struck by the
train. He was rendered unconscious
for a time, and ddes not remember
all that happened. When found be
was lying by the side of the track

Man's Eyes Drop Out.
Berlin. —An extraordinary case of a
man whose eyes dropped out has been

than 200 fraternal beneficiary orders
with a combined membership of over
5,000,008, who are protected to the ex-

$1,250,000 per week besides paying
over 4.000 death claims last year. Six-
