Boice. His tnal came off this morning before Judge Hoagland. Judge Frank Bell prosecuted the case,and Charles Annabel appeared for the defendant. It was shown that the defendant took out two tons of coal to be delivered at Athens. The parties who were to receive it was not delivered, and other evidence was introduced showing that the de fendant tried to sell the coal. The coal has disappeared, no one being able to tell what became of it. The defendant testified that he delivered the coal where he had b-en div ected, but that he had been the day.
