tut t such districts shall not, within two years,
cc t the law, then such accumulatid sum shall

acc ting districts in the respective divisions.
e two years above mentioned will expire b.
the sth day of April, 1837. Before that day on.
ty ogle joint meeting of delegates and county
conrynissioners (viz on the 2d day of May

can or will take place: at;7which joint meeting in
the ieveral divisions, - or at some of-the regular

H will therefore be perceived that the approach
ineelectien of directors (on the 18th day of March
next) is a subject of deep import to the districts
wh ch have hitherto rej;ed the system. The
claim of the districts to two years dividends
of appropriation, which will at the end of that
period, remain for their use to the proper county
treasuries, will be established or abandoned by
the vote which their representatives may give in
the next May joint meeting. Consequently the
meeting to elect directors in March will,be the
pray opportunity presented to the citizens of each
hitherto refusing district, to determine hy c.hoos.
ring their representatives in the board of directors,
i whether they will accept the two years acetiniu

In addition to e two ordinary annual' state
appropriations of 75,000 there will, also be, on
the 15th of April 1837, subject to distribution un
der the above mentioned profisions of the Sth see
