Wheeler and Warner, the young men in
dicted for robbery, with an offensive and
dangerous weapon, came into court yesterday
and plead guilty. Their efforts to buy the
prosecutors off, thanks to the vigilance of
District Attorney Fanning, having been
thwarted. When Mr. Fanning dissovered
that Tom Coggins, who appeared of record
as prosecutor, was not going to appear, he
laid an indictment against him and issued a
warrant for his arrest. This had the etlect
to bring die case to a close, as above stated.
