A FIUB ALMOST.—On the 19th inst., a lit tle vagrant of a boy was seen to run from Mrs. Rockwell's sheds and barn standing near the bridge and mills. This excited cu riosity, so that a look in that direction re vealed an increasing cloud of smoke rising from the straw in the sheds.
