Y., is represented in Towanda and vicinity by Mr. J. T. MOORE, of Ithaca. This is one of the oldest and most reliable Nursery Concerns in the State of New York. Their large and increas ing trade is due solely to then* honorable method of doing business. Many of our best citizens will cheerfully testify to tlie very satisfactory maimer of their dealings with them in the past, always receiving their or ders in the best condition and True to name. Parties giving Mr MOORE their orders can do' so with the utmost confidence. We bespeak for him o large patronage. The Third Brigade, National Guards of Pennsylvania, to which the Ninth Regiment is attached, will encamp at Wilkesßarre from Aug 23d to 29th. The inspection by the Ad utant General wili take place during the En campment. The Ninth Regiment will be in spected on Thursday, Aug. 25, at 3 p. m. The Brigade will be reviewed by the Gover nor on Saturday, Aug. 27th at 4 p. m. The inspection will be-vigorous. The law now requres the attendance of all officers and men unless excused by the Brigade Commander for such reasons only as would prevail in ac tual service. Since the men are now paid for five days service, the attendance of the Guard will no doubt be very large. Co. A, of this , place belongs to the Ninth Regiment. BUSINESS LOCAL.*.
