We are pleased to learn that the Clifton House, at Mt. Clemens, Mich., is tilled to overflowing with guests. Air. JACKSON is very popular as a hotel proprietor, and the increased patronage of the Clifton will be good news to his many friends.— Dushore Review. SENECA ARNOLD, the new mail contractor between this place and Leßaysville takes c large of the route to-day. He informs us that he is getting a new hack made and will keep the line up in flrst class order. C. N. BEERS, the retiring contractor has carried the mail from nearly six years with entire acceptability to the department and the pub lic. He has been punctual, always on time, and has won the confidonce of the business men all along the road by the fidelity with which all matters intrusted to him have been attended to. We are sorry to part with him. While J. W. FREEMAN, of the Sunday News-Dealer, was seated in the Court House to-day taking notes, he fell from his chair in an epileptic tit.
