have not secured a "local habitation" for the
coming year grow nervously anxious.

the head ache yesterday. lie was suffering

M The combination brush which Mr. PLUM
MER is now offering to the people of this place
will pay for themselves in the saving of time
and vexatious labor during the approaching
"house cleaning" period. Every well regu
lated family who esteem cleanliness akin to
godliness should have a set of them.
HAVE FAITH.There is but one consolation
that accompanies the present disagreeable
condition of the weather and that is, that in
the nature of things it can't last very much
longer. We are rushing along rapidly towards
the first of April, and this must bring us clear
skies and bright sunshine. Like all blessings
that come after the endurance of trials, the
baltniness of spring will be all the more wel
come because of the barrenness and discom
forts of winter. We have been drifting under
the clouds for se many weeks that the eyes
fairly ache for a sight of budding trees and
verdant lawns. But these will all come in
due time, in a very short time, too, for the
season of snow and ice is fading fast away
and the blooming spring is at our very doors.

Mr. G. A. I'lummer is in town and will can
vas our village for a most useful and conve
nient article, in the shape of a set of combi
nation brushes and handle, which only need
to be seen to be appreciated. Mr. Plu miner
is an intelligen , reliable gentleman, and we
cheerfully commend him to the confidence of
all on whom he may call. 3-23-lwk.
I had been a great sufferer from Neuralgia
for years and had consulted a great many dif
ferent physicians, but got no cure until I took
Dr. Burr's Neuralgia and Sick Headache Pills;
they cured me and I have recommended to
over fifty persons and 1 have never known
them to fail. They are also the best nervous
and dyspeptic pill I ever saw.
