Members of the Church and congregation, if unable to attend, are requested to contri bute. * A MODEL ESTABLISHMENT.— We had the pleasure a few days since of examining the several departments of FF.LCII A Co's store, and were delighted to find them so well ar ranged. It is in fact a model establishment. The basement, a light, airy and convenient room, is used for unpacking and storing un broken packages, from which the shelves of the main salesroom arc supplied. The first floor is devoted to dry goods of every discription, gloves, hosiery, notions, etc., and the stock embraces a large and va ried assortment. Everything is guaranteed true to name and sold at one price. The back part, of the second floor, which has heretofore been used for displaying car pets, will hereafter contain a general assort ment of boots and shoes, the Arm finding that their customers demand this line of goods. The front of the second floor lias been ar_ ranged into a conyieut parlor and bed room, while the third story lias been converted into " living rooms," and are occupied by Mr. FKLCII'B faimily, together with t lie suite of rooms below, which are handsomely furnish ed. The building is supplied with gas and water throughout and supplied with hose for use in ease of lire. Taken all together one could hardly desire a more comfortable and complete arrangement. Mr. FKLCII takes the management and per sonal oversight of the business, which is con ducted on the most systematic and economi cal plan, while the other member of the firm has his headquarters in New York, where lie is enabled to watch the market and very of teu strikes a " bargain " which inures to the benefit of their customers here. One item in the sales of the house last year will serve ts illustrate the magnitude of their business. Two thousand dozen spools of sewing cotton were sold, the value of which was nearly fifteen hundred dollars, and is convincing proof that the establishment is popular wish the ladies. The Litta Concert Co. make their first ap pearance in this place this evening.— The Company is composed of seven of the first artists of the country, who have given entertainments in all the large cities to ad miring audiences. The managers haye wise ly placed reserved seats at fifty cents. KNIGHTS OF IIONOK.— I The fee for initia tion in Crystal Lodge of this place is now five dollars.
