One hundred masked men broke into the jail at Winchester, 111., early yesterday morning, opened the cell of Joseph J. Field, and shot him. He was convicted of murder. The Senate has passed a bill, at the special instance of Mr. Bayard, removing the political disabilities of Roger A. l'ry or.
