house. When completed, it will be a commodi

—Mrs. Iletsey R. Wilson, of Lawrenceville,
died recently, aged 73. " he had resided," says
the Enterprise, "more than a generation in the
village, and has'been associated with every char
itable, moral and religions movement ill It be
longing to the lust thirty or forty years." She
was a sister to Mr. M`Dougall. Sho was much
beloved 14 those who knew her, for her ohrbdian
and womanly character.
—An excursion party from the Arcot mines,
near Blossburg, went to the Watkins Glen last
week. Mr Cameron, the Superintendent, was
present. A lino brass band accompanied them.

some unknown person the previous night. He
