Sycamore Cheese Factory, the proprie
tor,-in the coarse of some extcellent re
marks on the above subject, said :

brought to the factory in lumber

the" morning's milk not sufficiently
cooled. ' As a consequence we were
troubled from the latter part of June to
the first of September with the dread of

should be hauled to the factory, as far
as practicable, upon spring Wagons, and
