day set apart for the decoration of the graves of
the soldiers who fell in the war for the suppres
:lon of rebellion, Mrs. D. G. Smith, Mrs. J. R.
llowen, Mrs. Maynard, Mrs. J. L. Robinson, and
fhe Misses Redington, constituting themselves a
,c4immittee, performed that act of grateful re
membrance, for the soldier dead buried in our

A SORROWFUL RETURNING.—CoI. A.
I:. and Mrs. Niles reached this village Friday

Provision Rack for Tioga county, is prepared to

cold weather, and in the collar in warm weather,
