in the year of our Lord Ono Thousand Eightllundred

of Oyer and Terminer and tihneral Dehvery,
quarter Sessions of the Peace 4, Orphans' Court, and
Gourt of Common Pleas, in the Borough of Couders
port, on MON PAY, the nth day of September next,

Justices of the Peace and Constables within the
conniy, that they be then and there in their proper
person's, nt 10 o'clock A. If. of said day, with their
rolls, recordS, inquisitions, examinations. and other

warrant 5819, in Stewartson township, Potter
county, Pa., containing about 204 acres.

2501, in Gaines township, Tioga county, Pa.,
on the road leading from Germania to Gaines,
