The arrangernents for Telegraphing are , fas in ad:
vance of anything of the kind ever offered tot he pub
lic. A regular Telegraph Line is connected *nth the
Institution with twenty branch offices In 'rations parts
of the city, where public business is transactN, and
in which students of this institution are permitted to
practice. No regulnr office practise coif baballn any
other school of instruction it the country. without
whicn no one can obtain a position as a practical op
erator. Young men are cautioned against, the decay,.

facilities, pretend to teach Telegraphing.
