county of Huntingdon, justices assigned, appoint

crimes, which by the laws of the State arc made

shall hereafter be committed or perpetrated for
crimes aforesaid—l am commanded to make pub

that a Conn of Oyer and Tertniner, of Common
Pleas and Quarter sessions, will he held at the
Court House in the Borough of Huntingdon, on
the second Monday (and lath day) of N :weedier,

tingdon, on the third Mondey (and 17th day) of

and suites, in the trial of all issues are required

tingdon county, Penna. The subscribers offer
'for sale the following property, in Todd town•
I ship, consieting of about '2500 acres of land,
Isituated in Trough Creek Valley, on Bigtrough
I Creek, 400 acres of which is farm laud divided
in two farms, handsomely located, under good
fences, and in good state of cultivation, with
a good house and burg_ on each farm. The
other improvements are a Charcoal Blast Fur.
once, put up in the most substantiel manner,
with all the necessary buildings required, a
emir of excellent Bellows, a large lumber of
Tenant Houses, sufficient stabling for the teams
required, nn inexhaustable ore bed of brown
hometide within one mile from the Furnace,
belongs to this property. Wood in abundance
can be got in the neighborhood at very low
rates. The !dream of wuter is never failing
This property is within five miles by public
road from the Huntingdon and Broad Top
Rail Road. The other improvements are large
substantially, and handsomely built Stone
Dwelling, a large Frame Stone Houseot new
Grist Mill, built of stone, three stories high,
64 by 50 feet, with two overshot water wheels,
11 fl4,t high, four pair Burr mill stones. The
machinery is of the latest and most approved
style, to make both custom and merchant work.
The mill stand is not excelled by any in the
county. The Saw Mill has also been erected
quite recently in the best manner. Also, a
"Farm, containing 150 acres of clear land in
good cultivation, situated on the south side of
the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River,
above the mouth of the big Trough Creek.—
The potter port consist of bottom land..—
The improvemente are two Log Dwellings and
Log Burn. This propert7 is one mile from the
Huntingdon and Broad lop Railroad. Also
another Farm in Hopewell Township, Wood
Cock Valley„ threaourthe of a mile west of
the Hunting don and Broad Top Ruilroad, eon•
tabling about 225 acres of land, in good cub
tivation, with an extensive Oro bank on same;
of the Soft and Hard Fossil Ore, the veins
lying near the surface. The improvements„
are a Log Baru and House, with out:buildinge.
The above property will be sold in the whole
or seperate, to suit purchaser.
