Bridge Builders.
Tim Commissioners of Huntingdon County
will receive proposals at their office in Hun
tingdon fur hulling an open bridge across Tits
enrol's. Creek near Blair's Mill in Toll township.
The County to pay $3OO. The remainder to be
paid by subscription. Plan and specifications at
Blair and Robison's store up to Friday 22d inst.
and on the next Monday and Tuesday at the
Commissioners' office.
ALSO,
hoposals will be received nt the same time
and place fur building or repairing the bridge
across Stone Creek below Huntingdon. New
eltords, arches, plunk foe the floor, shingles and
n now post will he required. The abutments
to be repaired and built 2i feet higher. Persons
proposing are requested to examine the old

Iron Ore.—This Ore Bank is on a small tract of
land (belonging to the subscriber) containing a
bout twenty acres—situated in Walker Town
chip, about one mile and three quarters from the
station on the Broad Top Railroad, near Mc-
Connellsto n.

DY virtue of a writ offend. Exp. and also iu
Dpursuance of a decree and order of sale in
proceedings in Ejectment in Common Pleas of
said county to me directed, I will expose to pub
lic on the premises, on Saturday, the Ist'
day of March next, at 10 o'clock, A. M., the
following property, to wit
All the defendant's right and interest in and
to a lot of ground in the borotigh of Cassville,
Huntingdon county, fronting 66 feet on Main
Street, extending back 165 feet, to a hack st. ;
adjoining a lot of Joseph N. Spangler on the
North and a lot of John Speer, dee'd., on the
South, having thereon erected a two story log
house, weather-boarded. Also, the interest of
defendant in a Lot on Seminary Cross Street,
fronting on said street 80 feet and extending
back to David Clarkson, Esq's land, having
thereon erected a carpenter shop.
Seized, taken in execution and to be sold as
the property of Adam W. Clarkson.

Chambenburg & Mt. 'Union
STAGE LINE REVIVED.
THE undersigned aware that a suspension of
the line of Stages over the road between
Chanthershurg anti Mt. Union, cannot be bat
disadvantageous to a large section to the country
has, at considerable expense and trouble, inatle
arrangements to run n line of Stages Triweekly
between the two paints. Good Homes and rota
fortable Stages have been placed on the route,
and experienced and trusty drivers will superin
tend the running of the Coaches. The proprie
tor of the line is desirous that it be maintained,
anti he therefore calls upon the public generally
to patronise it, confident that it will be for their
mutual advantage. Every attention necessary
will be given, and the running of the Stages will
be regnlar.
v lhf'Stages leave Mt. Union, every Tuesday,
Thursday, and Saturday evenings, arriving at
Chanibersburg the next day at 2 o'clock. 'Re
turning, leave Chambersburg the same night at
10 o'clock, arriving at Mt. Union early the fol
lowing evening io time for the Cars. Stages
stop at Shirleysburg, Orhisoniu, Shade Gap,
Burnt Cabins, Fannettshurg, Flom Valley,
Strasburg andßeerer's store.
