al jail delivery of the 24th judicial district et'

bria, nod the Hon. Thomas F. Stuart and Jona
than McWilliams, his associates, Judges of the
county of Huntingdon, justices assigned, appoint
ed, to hear, try and determine all and every in
dietinents made or taken for or concerning all
crimes, which by. the laws of the State are made
capital felonies of death and other offences
crimes and misdemeanors, which have bee. r.
shall hereafter he committed or perpetrated for
