township aforesaid, containing between 00 and
100 acres, adjoining lands of James McDonald
and others, late the estate of James Ross decM.,
about 25 acres of which aro cleared, with a cab
in house•and barn thereon, and the balance of
the tract containing the best timber in that corm•
try. Said property is about 5 miles from Mill
Creek, on the Pennsylvania Canal and Railroad
at the mouth of the Rishacoquillis valley, on the
