GOOD TESTIMONY.
The Louisville Courier thus speaks of Hull's Sarsaparilla:
We have boon shown, by Mr. John But, proprietor of
that world-renowned preparation, "Bull's Fluid Extract of
Sarsaparilla," an original, genuine, and beautiful letter,
addressed to him by the accomplished lady of one of the
most eminent old physicians in the West, giving a detailed
account of one of the moot astonishing cures on record, per
fovtail alone by the use ofßull's Sarsaparilla."
This most excellent and charming huly . lted long suffered
from prolapses uteri, fluor tabus, piles, and chronic diseases
of the stomnelt and digestive organs, and derangement of
the whole system, attended with distressing cutaneous erup-
tion, sick headache, and violent attacks of cramp. After
exhausting all of her husband's skill, and applying to many
celebrated medical gentlemen, both at home and abroad,
and also using grout quantities of " Townsend's Sarongs,
rifle," without the slightest relief, she was induced to use
"John Bull's Sarsaparilla." And what was the happy
result? After the use of es few bottles, a perfect and won.
&ant eure—the Indy restored to perfect health, and to her
usual flow of spirits.
Such letters I. the one we speak of, must afford Mr. Mull
more real gratification, than could the possession of count.
less wealth. And whether he accumulates wealth or not
by the ode of hie truly valuable Medicine, being its author
Is glory and boner enough and ho can say to the world,
witheut fear of contradiction, "I have in my poverty re
lieved more hunters suffering, than did Stephen Oironl or
John Jacob Astor with their millions."
RHEUMATISM CURED !
Lot all v.ho are suffering under the agonizing torturer of
Rheumatism reful the following, and see what may be done
for them, if they will use the infallible remedy:
UNIONTOWN, Hr., ➢lay 12,1848.
Me. Jona , BM, Dear Sir,--For the last three years, I
have heen afflicted with Rheumatism of the severest char
acter. I was at thew iu the greatest agony of pain. I tried
every remedy I could procure for the disease; but found no
permanent relief until I was induiml to use your prepare.
tion of Sarsaparilla, which has entirely eared me of Itheu
matism, and greatly improved my general health more
Mill any medicine I ever used. I have been free from pain
for several mouths, and have no doubt the cure is perms
nest; and I recommend it as the best medicine in tlfe, for
Rheumatism. ISIIAM BRIDGES.
It Is coolers to produce further testimony in favor of this
greet remedy. It lons only to be tried and proved, to con
vince the public of its superior efficacy.
Notice to Females,
John Bull's Sarsaparilla is one of the greatest female
medicines now In existence. In those numerous cases
where tho constitution in debilituted, the nervous energy is
lessened, when the efforts of nature are weak and deficient,
or are profuse and overwrought, when the face Is pale and
colorlenn, the strength feeble and yielding, the spirit trou
bled and depressed, the health broken, mind shaken, and
consequently the happiness destroyed—then Bull's Saner
patina is a sovereign remedy. It Resists nature in the per
formance of her duty, brucea the whole system, renews
permanently the natural energien, removes obstruetions,
cheeks excesses, creates pure and healthy blood, .d imparts
health and happiness. Were ladles generally to adopt the
use of this Medicine, we would see far lons suffering, disease
and unhappiness among them than now exists, health would
take the place of disease, th I rosy cheek would succeed the
pallid face; wo should have smiles instml of tears. and per.
haps a happy long Bib instead of ono cut short by disease,
or made miserable by continued suffering and affliction.
At that critical period termed. th, "turn of Ilfs," which is
often attended with AO much danger, Bull's Sarsaparilla in
found to exert n most beneficial effect. All Wien approach
ing this crisis, should Is. apprised of this fact, and avail
themselves of this suluublo Medicine.
A BEAUTIFUL CLEAR SKIN.
How we all admire a dear, beautiful, white akin, and a
rosy colored cheek. How often do wu sue persons, not pos
sessing this "desideratum so devoutly to be wished," re
sorting to cosmetics, lotions, washes, paints, and coloring
materials, to restore to them a semblance of what disease
hes deprived them of, and that, too ' with great injury to
the skin. Bull's Sarsapas Ma to the best Cosmetic known.
It beautifies the skin by removing every particle of morbid
and diseased mutter from the blood, making it pure, heal
thy and vigorous, giving activity to every ntinute vessel,
and changing the yellow and dark countenance to the
bloom and freshness of youth. Ladies, abandon the use of
paints and mixtures, and use Bull's Sarsaparilla, the only
effmtual remedy. "A word to the wise is sufficient," and
a hint is enough for the italics.
