WHEREAS, by an act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Penn sylvania, entitled "An act to amend an act directing the mode of selling unseated Janda for tares and other purposes," pas sed 13th March, 1815, and the other acts upon that subject, the Treasurers of the several counties within this Common wealth are directed to commence on the 2nd Nlonilay in June in the year 1816, and at the expiration of every two years thereafter, and adjourn from day to day if it be necessary so to do, and make pub lic sale of the whole or any part of such tracts of unseated land, situate in the proper county, as will pay the arrearages of the taxes which shall then have remain ed due and unpaid for the space of one year befere, together with all costs ne cessarily accruing by reason of such de linquency, &c.
