sociate Judges and Commissioners *ll l
meet at the Commissioners' Office in the
borough of Huntingdon, on the second Mon
day and 13th day of April next, for the pur
pose. of hearing any of the merchants em
braced in the above list, their agents or at
torneys (if they think proper to attend,) as
to the amount of their sal es during the pre
vious year.
Those of the 12th class are estimated to
sell to the amount of $lO,OOO and less than
015,000, and pay 12 50 license. Those of
the 13th class, to the amount of $3OOO and
less than 10,000, and pay $lO 00 license.—
Those of the 14th class,
to an amount less
than $5,000, and pay 700 license. When
liquors are sold, fifty per cent in adlition to
the rates above specified to be charged.
Licenses are to be taken out for one year
from the Ist day of May next.

Y virtue of sundry writs in my hands,
I will sell on the premises, in Cass
silk, Huntingdon county, on Tuesday the
24th day of March inst. ,at one o'clock,
P. M., the following described real estate.
viz:
All that certain Int piece or parcel of
ground, situate in Cassville, purchased
from Caleb Corbin by Dr. Jacob M. Cover
by articles of agreement, being a triangular
lot, and fronting about 253 feet on main
street, and running back along Water street
and Cross street to a point; having a new
brick store :room, a new stone dwelling
house and three small buildings and a• log
house, and a stable thereon. erected. By
agreement of the defendant and Caleb Car-
bin in writing, this lot will be sold in three
several parcels to suit purchasers, • accord
ing to lines measured off on the ground, and
to enable the same to be done it is agreed
in the said writing,, • which,ts filed of record,
that the Sherit's heed for the same shall
pass the interest of Caleb Corbin in the sev
erallots as well as the interest of the defen

Court of Huntingdon county, will be expo
sed to public sale on the mansion tract, on
Saturday the 14th day or Mareh neat,
the following described Real Estate, late
the estate of George Buchanan, Esq., late
of Hopewell township, dec'd, to wit :
A tract of land situate in Hopewell town
ship aforesaid, containing about three hun
dred acres, be the same more or less, adjoin
ing lands of Jas. Entrekin on the N. E.,
Mary BaymOnd on the S. W., the kaystown
branch of the Juniata' on the S. E., being
