The sessions of the State Legislature the coining session, promise to be unusu ally interesting. The policy of the new State administration, must excite curiosi ty in the minds of all such as take any part in the politics of the day, inasmuch as the friends of the now Governor have found much fault with the administration of Joseph Rimer, though one of the best Governors Pendsylvama ever had; and it remains to be seen from what this winter 'will develope, whether the people have made a wise change. Besides the interest ,;which the policy of the new administration will give rise to, the duties of this winter's Legislature will he such as to engage the serious at tention of every citizen in the State.
