p. m., the following real estate of which
Jane Wherry, died seized.
A lot or piece of ground situate in the
Borough of Ebensburg, being part of lot
io. 134 designated on the plan of said bor
ough, fronting on High street 27 feet, and
extending back 41 feet, bounded on the east
by lot of C. T. Roberts, and on the v est by
lot of M. Hasson, Esq., having thereon
erected a frame building, recently occupied
by George Gurley, and now occupied by
Mrs. Counell.
ALSO A lot of giound, designated on
the plan of said buiough by the No. 108.
fronting on High street, 66 feet, and extend
ing back along Caroline street 264 feet to
Sample street, having thereon erected two
adjacent dwelling houses, a log stable, and
other out buildings.

9, known as the 4 Factory field," bounded
