proved the 2nd day of July. A. D. 1839, I

paid that a GENERAL ELECTION will be
held in the Count v ot Cambria on the
SECOND TUESDAY, being the 13th day
of OCTOBER, A. D. 18C3, at which the

Pursuant to the provisions contained in
the Act first aforesaid, tbe Judges of the
aforesaid districts shall respectively take
charge of the certificate or return of their
respective districts, and produce them at a
meeting of one Judge from each district, at
the Court Ilor.se, in the Borough of Ebens
burg. on the Third day after the tiay of elec
tion, being Friday the ICth day of October,
A. D. 18(53, then and there to do and per
form those duties required of them by law.
And further, if any Judge, by sickness or
unavoidable accident is unable to attend said
meeting of Judges, then the certificate or
return aforesaid shall be taken etiarge of by
one of the Inspectors or clerks of th elec- j
